WOW! When I sent in my Bose clock/radio you could not tell if the time was AM or PM because the display was dim and blurry. Now the display is sharp and crystal clear. The radio even sounds better. This was the best $99 I have ever spent because the results far exceeded my expectations. The unit looks better than when it was new. Thank you. Definitely 5 stars.

Sadly, this is likely a fraudulent seller. My radio has been "stuck" in transit for almost a month. It was sent back to me via USPS without any insurance. Post office said it is likely not my package, as it weighed a half ounce and is very small. Ebay does not offer their guarantee against this service, so it now appears I will never receive my radio and am out hundreds of dollars to replace it. I will tell my cc company I am disputing the charge and will not pay. Ebay advised to report seller.

Hello - No fraud; I repair thousands of radios yearly, fully certified to do so (a rarity), so problem here is apparent confusion on your end caused by not reading info we SENT you. The 'lost' mail you believed was your radio is a *letter* we sent (as with all Buyers) as verification of purchase of our services (please read correspondence e-mailed to you). No, your radio is not 'lost'; in fact, it was rebuilt, boxed, and ready to ship home WEEKS ago. But you cancelled payment. Here it sits.

I am so thrilled with this repair service! Bose doesn't make radios anymore, and most new radios these days don't have AM radio. I love my Bose and was afraid I'd have to do without or spend a fortune on a relacement. Not so! I sent it to Don and waited patiently. I was rewarded with a beautifully repaired Bose radio.
