Once I received the item I tried paring the item with my phone and it would not. I called Jabra for support and they attempted to help but nothing worked. Jabra them told me that because I had purchased through ebay I had to go through where i purchased the item . The item did not work!

No leftover ear wax on the buds; very, very cool. Now, to get said earbuds working, this user must go to the Jabra factory site and download Jabra software. Nope, nothing said about said prerequisite, whether on seller's eBay page or his own worst enemy's site. Um, the earbuds were to be used with TV! Not cell phone! Is one to presume every earbud to be destined for phone usage!?
