    Excellent US quality!

    Whilst this pressure cooker cannot be considered cheap to buy after customs and shipping, it is without doubt the best made pressure cooker I have ever owned. True US standard manufacture, solid and durable. I was a little apprehensive on reading the instructions for use, but having used it with just water in it to test it out, I am extremely impressed. I bought it to use for bottling meat dishes for my larder to save space in my freezer, and after a lot of research found this cooker; the only one I know of to have been authorised by US authorities for SAFE bottling of meat dishes. It is meant to be used on gas, but I have an Aga cooker, gas fired but not the same as it has two hotplates. However by starting it off on the cooler of the hot plates; moving it to the hot one when going up ...

    The only pressure canner/canner to buy!

    This cooker is easy to use and is built heavy duty for life-long use with added safety features. I really like that it is quality made in the USA as there are many lawsuits out there regarding cheaper imported brands. It is worth the extra price as you will use it for the rest of your life and hand it down to your children and grandchildren.

    Love it!

    First off I love this pot! It’s like a bank vault. It’s my second All-American canner. I have a much larger pot for canning. Not sure if this is a “beginner” pot due to its cost and challenging lid placement. For the experienced canner or pressure cooker it’s a thing of beauty. Does it’s job beautifully and safely. Your children will fight over this one when you’re gone-or should.

    heavy duty with a gauge and medium capacity

    good for cooking or canning I like the pressure gauge to indicate the pressure at which I am cooking this model allows you to pressure cook at 5, 10, or 15 psi no gasket to replace read and follow the manufacturer's instructions to prevent damaging the metal to metal seal
