What i have encountered is an inability to fine common apps that play on the iOS version and unable get upgrade to v16 tho it did upgrade to iOS 15. All apps in app store that i hope to use are only available to ver 16. Chalk it up to my own ignorance. I may have to ask to send it back for an upgrade.

The quality was actually OUTSTANDING.....still looked almost brand new with VERY few minor flaws. Ill definitely be shopping with them again in the future
