My experience with this seller was mostly positive. The item did not ship promptly. I didn't mind receiving it late but would have appreciated knowing why, as I travel frequently between residences and nearly missed receiving the item based on my travel schedule. The seller did inform me that it was shipping late, but offered no explanation regarding why nor was a partial refund for shipping costs offered.
