I was sent a pair of conga skins which were full of cuts allover and therefore unusable, wrapped in black bin linen, which had been ripped apart by the time I received the parcel. I contacted the seller for some explanation for sending faulty items and for such a poor quality of service overall but never received any reply. I am returning the items. Unethical seller alert! Despite my order for the pricier 'thick' skins, I received a 0.5mm thin skin and another at 0.9mm - evident in attached photos. Initially advertised as 1.5mm to 2mm thick (proof available in my past feedback), they sneakily altered the listing to '1mm to 2mm thick. Prior to purchase, they confirmed 'thick' skins were available, but now the seller is unresponsive to my complaints.
