Great service!!! Item just as described. Seller called to verify questions, shipping time was awesome. Ken s is a great company with the largest Janome selection in the US. I ordered an acrylic extension table for my 6600 and is exactly what I needed. I just wish I lived closer so I could carry in my machine for a tuneup - I bet that service would be awesome as well. Thank you to the seller for following through with customer service. Ironically, the day that I was so frustrated ended up being the day that I (on my own) located the item from the shipping company.
