The original post stated that both Puzzles were complete. Both puzzles are missing pieces, one puzzle has FOUR missing pieces. The description was misleading. The seller did explain the shipping process.  But was still unclear why the buyer would not receive a credit if the estimated shipping charge was less than expected. The seller stated they do not issue credits - does the seller pocket the money not paid out for the shipping?
