These heads arrived as described; The valves were all brand new. It appeared that the guides and seats are new as well. The rockers, bolts, and pedestals were not as clean as the heads were but functionally perfect. The heads themselves had perfect threads in each hole, none of which appeared to be helicoiled or time-serted.. Honestly appeared as if each head were brand-new from the condition. Overall great product!

Unfortunately they sent the wrong part and didn't have the correct one in stock, so I had to find another seller, but they refunded the purchase price before I could even request it once they realized the mistake. I'd have preferred the listing be correct, but good customer service matters too.
