    Lightweight, versatile steam power

    In this steam mop, 12 oz. of distilled water produces about 12 minutes' worth of steam for floor tiles, shower stalls, grout lines, wrinkled garments, even window glass. The steam rate is adjustable for more delicate surfaces. This steam mop is versatile and not too heavy. Some users complain about the power cord being too short, 16', but I found it long enough for use with some planning, and a longer cord would get in the way more. Quirks: the included measuring cup doesn't hold 12 ounces, so it's easier to use your own 2-cup measure during the somewhat awkward tank filling process; there's no on-board storage of the steam mop's many attachments; you'll need to order extra mop pads (they attach with Velcro) to complete any substantial cleaning job.

    Great Deal on Quality product

    Although it was an open box it had everything it was supposed to come with as accessories and parts. The pur steam worked perfectly and saved me about 20.00 buying it from local store. I would purchase this again and will recommend to my many friends.

    Multifunctional and efficient steam mop

    I am replacing a different steam mop that recently failed after 10 years. This new steam mop is better in many ways, from how fast it heats up to the it's ability to fold down to be more compact. These many upgrades earned this one 5 stars despite that the mop head lifts up when the mop is being pulled in reverse. It just means that I need to get used to pushing to mop or modify how I hold the mop. Overall, it's a great value!

    Works great for dog hair

    I have a dachshund and her hair gets everywhere and bad into the corners and gets matted. The steamer nozzle attachment does the trick when I was pulling my own hair out because I could not get it up.
