      Item was delivered to wrong address by postman and returned to seller who quickly dispatched a new one by first class post after I contacted them. Good service although postage charges are on the high side. Drill was packaged in a tube which was slightly too short for it and the end covered in tape to protect it, but the drill had pierced the tape. Thankfully it was not damaged so I accepted the item.
