Seller tried to help quickly and offered me a $5 refund or a new clip. Seller did ship it, but was very small...didn't realize the size from the picture of clips she had sent. I should have accepted the $5 refund, new clip is way too small for use. In all fairness think the Seller tried hard to satisfy her obligations, but cape should have come how it was pictured and what was ordered.
