I purchased two 2-Packs of light bulbs (4 bulbs) and only received one 2-Pack (2 bulbs) and 1 of those bulbs was bad... Net result: 1 good bulb. I messaged the seller, but he did not respond. Based on his other negative customer reviews, it appears he does not respond when something goes wrong with an order. Really bad customer service.
