It arrived sealed so nothing was missing so a good start,I unpacked everything,read the quite basic manual and went about installing. I've got windows 10 and it installed perfectly,took around 20 minutes in total.Clicked on the app and what appeared on the screen looked like something from nasa! I can do basic computing (I'm 63 not 16!!) but this is too complex for me.I read the guide which is included in the install for over an hour and tried and tried to get it to work however,after over 3 hours I gave up. There used to be software for XP which I used for years until that computer died and it was so simple, I used to transfer,clean,type in song titles/artists & create playlists easily,around thirty 45rpm singles in less than two hours! It was only available for windows XP and I can't remember its name but I really wish there was one for windows 10, I would buy it today!! This product will probably be ok for computer wizards but for tech simpletons like me it's definately not!Read full review
