There were no sticker seals on the box. There was no pre-applied screen protector on the phone. The phone looked like it had been poorly wiped down, meaning I could see cleaning streaks on it which I feel would not be there in a truly new product. That said, there don't seem to be any hardware/software issues and it appears to be running very well.
