It shows the locomotive as it traveled through the scenic Columbi River Gorge, traveling northwest to an overnight stay in Yakima. The next day, they traveled westward through Washington State through the Yakima River Canyon over Stampede Pass to Auburn, before running along Puget Sound back to Portland.
