    Good sound quality, tiny LCD screen so the menu can be difficult to see, good range, PITA to desync from a previous base before it can be synced to a new base, syncs to base easily once it's desynced from old base or new, buttons backlit and easy to see in the dark, doesn't need to remain on charger all day since batteries last a good while, lacks voice announce like many other modern handsets Overall a pretty solid value, can't comment on how long to expect the life to last

    Buy what you need in 1 box.

    Previous to this eBay purchase, I bought the same phone with 1 extra handset at a local store. It was easy to set up and works fine. It has great sound clarity and answering machine works well. I wanted an extra handset for another room in the house. On EBay I bought a spare handset of the proper model number. I could not get it to work at all. You are supposed to charge it and the original phone set up would register it to the set. I tried all the possible procedures mentioned in FAQ. Nothing worked. I had to return the extra handset for refund.

    Excellent product!

    I bought this item to supplement the phone that came with my answering machine, and it has worked great. It was also very easy to set up (just place the handset into the answering machine base to synchronize the phones, and you're ready to use the accessory handset). Not having to use wires to use the phone was a really nice surprise/feature. The sound clarity was also very good, and I have not had any problems whatsoever with this excellent product.

    "AT&T extension phone worth owning"

    First let me mention the fact that you need a main base that is compatible with this phone. This is merely an extension of the main hand set. I generally like AT&T products, and this no exception. I like the design, the ease of use/set-up, and easy to understand user manual to get the best use of the product. I previously owned a VTech phone that was not as easy to use as far as features, but this AT&T is much easier. The price was excellent and I'm very confident in AT&T products.
