I believe the first unit was not refurbished and mistakenly sent. Bushnell, once I contacted them, were very responsive and sent a working refurbished unit.
The Wingman is a great product! Having the ability to view holes and get yardage to the pin and play Bluetooth music is wonderful. The sound is very good.
