I wanted a non-stainless petty knife, of ~150 mm. I didn't want to spend the cash for it, so I chose the blue 1 steel and a 120 mm length as the best compromise over SuperBlueAogami. The handle is OK, but I might want to make some revisions if doing so doesn't make it worse. The shape, balance, and finishing are as expected for a modestly priced, traditional knife. I like the overall package, especially after I sharpened it with a 12K stone and stropped it. I could bond with this knife soon.
