Have contacted them twice as the coasters were broken when they arrived. They told me they could be fixed with glue and offered 50% refund. I refused and asked for either full refund or replacement. The haven’t answered my message, but EBAY have said they will help If no response or resolution by 30th Jan. Am very disappointed as they were advertised as new, but box was very tatty which made me suspicious before I opened it.

This Mat is nothing like how it’s described and is a false description of the item. The one in the photo has really large circles when in fact they are tiny and look awful in my opinion. Offered me half price discount but as I didn’t like it wanted full refund so sent it back but as it was only tracked on arrival and there is no detail of this I am now having to go through post office. The customer has answered but is still saying they can’t do anything until it’s delivered!!! I sent it 22/3/24
