Idk I was kinda fooled o the package I thought I was gonna be a case that blue logo, also it’s just a needle with a handle on it. It actually does nothing and literally there wre ho directions I had to search online and it wasn’t worth the money so idk. Very overpriced needle. Actually I’m highly disappointed with all of there products. I feel like they bought cheap or made cheap products slapped on a gimmick to make it look different or sound different then regular tools then charge 5s more.

Love the product BUT...I purchased on November 20th. Didn't ship until Nov 27th. Just rcvd my order today. Sent multiple messages with absolutely no reply. Horrible customer service. Regardless of any RL issues a quick email would have made a world of difference. Wouldn't have left negative feedback if I had received a simple reply to my messages. Funny thing is a scripted flyer came in package about the importance of their customer service. What a crock! COMMUNICATION IS KEY PEOPLE!!
