This beautiful item came after waiting several weeks after purchase for it to even ship. When it finally arrived it was damaged from the very poor shipping method used to ship this heavy, oddly shaped item. I advised the seller who was quick to respond and give me options for the item. I accepted a discount offered which was also quickly done by the seller. 4 stars for communication because the seller didn't answer a question asked. I would buy this item again hopefully with better shipping!!

Damage was done by how customer removed the piece from the shipping material , but customer is happy so that is all that matters. Something like this takes about 2 min to straighten.
