Contacted seller. Their response, use insurance. They won’t pay. Seller response: This isn't the fist time we ship an item like this anyway you have a insurance on the package. And the packaging was well done. Please check all the padding was done I just know this companies do not handle their packages like they should. Use insurance to make claim.
