    Product is legit and fully functioning. The package was well packed and shipped quickly. A+ would purchase from seller again. Although the X540-T2 is known to have loud fans, this particular card has issues where the fan would abruptly have a jagged noise as it whirred. You could visibly see it having issues. Luckily, I was able to mitigate the noise with a few tweaks and the products works as intended. A+

    Completely satisfied with the seller/transaction. Once I had the card installed in my Dell T620 server, it appears the PCI 2.1 interface isn't fully compatible with the server's 2.0 interface. As a result, the network card works, but I am only getting a 1Gb connection from each port instead of the 10Gb expected sigh . Again, this is not the seller's fault but might help others considering this for a similar server.

    Best value for 10g RJ45 Nic / But can be loud.

    Works great for cheap home 10g/. I am upgrading my home lab/network to 10g and this fits the bill for my Workstation at my desk. I had to download and install the drivers form the intel website to get it to work in windows 10 pro with the latest build. But after that little hicup it is working great. As others have said the fan is quite loud. I also am replacing the stock fan with a Noctua NF-A4x10 FLX. After driver install it was recognized at 10g on my Unifi 10g Aggregation switch using cat 6a cables and a 10gtec 10GBase-T SFP+ Transceiver.

    Great speed comes with great noise.

    It works as intended, but the fan is very noisy. The nic fan is actually louder than my case fan. I have a noctua NF-afx10 laying around so I took out the stock fan and installed the noctua, now I am happy..
