Seems anything sent Royal Mail you have no way of tracking item until it is delivered, come on Ebay that it a useless system that needs sorting, 48 hrs delivery that takes 18 days to arrive. Will definitely avoid suppliers using Royal Mail to deliver their goods.

They were in contact with myself the entire time of the process which didn’t leave me lost or wondering what was happening, 10/10 would use again.
