    Great phone for kids

    This is a great choice for a beginner phone. I passed one of these down to a daughter when I upgraded. This android based Motorola has plenty of features and the model we have is unlocked so we were not forced to use only 1 carrier. The inevitable happened and it got destroyed. The replacement was cheaper than having insurance + replacement cost.

    Misguided

    This phone came with no SIM card, which I had to purchase separately. Since I had to buy this from the Verizon store, where I was going to set up my plan, I was also charged with a set up fee, which is normally free. I'm very unhappy with this purchase.
