    Not what I expected

    There is nothing about this book that trips my trigger, I bought it because I bought a butterball electric turkey fryer and it did not come with a cookbook. I'm sure this cookbook is fine for frying stuff with the old propane turkey fryers but it is not for the new electric turkey fryers, althoug some of the receipes in this book can probally be done with my fryer, it is not what I wanted. I didn't want to spend the $30.00 for a new cookbook from butterball masterbuilt, so I bought a turkey fryer cookbook listed on e-bay for about $6.00. If you own a new butterball electric turkey fryer buy a cookbook from butterball masterbuilt for $30.00, it will save you money in the long run.

    My experience was fantastic and loads of fun!

    This is a great cookbook for Turkey frying! Great recipes that taste great and are easy to prepare.This was my first time frying a turkey this book made it so easy! great buy!

    was expecting a lot of recopies for deep frying different things but there are a lot of things jut being boiled in the pot.

    a fryng we will go

    This book has epanded the scope of cooking in the fryer 20 fold. I would suggest this book for anyoe who has a fryer, expecially those who just got a fryer. deserts, turkeys, pork, beef, even peanut butter banana sandwiches. Good book.
