    It would only display an error on device "Fatal reading error".

    The production documentation consists of a small picture showing connections with little direction as to what goes where. After figuring out what plugs into what (several YouTube videos later...), I could not get it to work using an iPhone, iPad 3, nor and iPad Mini. It would only display an error on device "Fatal reading error".
