    Absolutely terrible headset.Do your research & spend your$ elsewhere

    Mediocre headset. Comfortable for short periods of time. If you work on the phone for any lengnth of time not the headset to use. Mic doesn't pick up very well and people that you are talking to keep asking you to speak up. Basically have to "eat" the microphone to be heard. No flexibility on the boom part of the mic. Have the best desk top (AT&T) multi-line telephone with volume controls, so its not the phone. This headset ended up in the junk drawer with 2 other Plantronic headsets. Plantronics may make a good headset for call centers, but for the "Work-from-home user," I have found every Platronics headset to be a waste of money. Absolutely terrible. I would give 0 rating if it was available. Seller did nothing wrong, selling a name-brand headset. He didn't know he was selling something ...

    Less than I expected

    Unfortunately, when using the headset, people can't always hear me. I have to take the plug out of the phone, for them to hear me. There's a ton of static on my end because the volume adjuster doesn't seem to work well.

    I need this product to be able to do things hands free since I use a wheelchair to get around I would recommend this ebayer to others Great ebayer
