Nice 'n Cheap! Good quality...Works as described and more...
My T-42 lenovo laptop has been without spk'ers for the last 3-yrs. and I got by using the JLABS b-flex spk'ers that plugs into the usb port...but since I got another used lenovo I put the JLABS onto it. As a result I bought a usb HEADSET for the present T-42 but after about a yr. it became more cumbersome for me personally and I put it away. So I was without any spk'ers for about a yr and was ready for another JLABS but LUCKY ME....I found this Logitech and not only does it give a nice stereo sound but it also comes with the vol. controls on the right hand side, including the mute tab (all lined up, easy access). As an ADDITIONAL feature that I needed was the RAISED CUSHIONED PLATFORM-BED that is easy to slide on the tabletop. The ONLY thing that I added to keep the heat from building up ... Bought this when the sound card went out on my ThinkPad. The overall sound is good, much better than the laptop speakers. It has a padded cloth backing to use it on your lap. I just use my laptop on a table. The cloth backing makes moving or swiveling the laptop on the table easy. It is not very wide (14 inch wide screen is the limit on it. Great Price for Logitech Speaker Lapdesk N550 if you Buy it for 12.99 or Less.
I love this little speaker desk. The speakers are clear and loud. The size is perfect for an 11.6 computer and it is very light placed on your lap. The only drawback I can see is that it is USB powered only. If you can buy one for 20.00 or less it is an awesome deal. If you have to pay more buy a nice bluetooth speaker that you don't have to use only on your computer..

Keep 14" and under Cool and Sounding Great.
Great Portable Laptop Desk actually for your lap. Connect any small laptop and you will be comfortable, System Cooler, and Sounding Great. I've taken some laptops you could hardly hear with their built in speakers or was poor quality. This will give you big sound at a reasonable price. I still wished they make the Big Brother of this, N700. I have owned and still own many of those as well.
