Good communication before purchase, after purchase none. Item was ordered and paid for on July 18th with a delivery date of July 27th. The item was shipped until July 31st. Sent multiple message asking for updates with no response. The delay set back the install over a month due to missed window of availability. The part arrived in good condition except for one of the exhaust mounting bolts was loose. Overall experience was not pleasant would not purchase anything from them again.

We sent numerous emails about the core and never heard from the customer, order was shipped as soon as the core charge was paid

Sellers response is a lie no messages were sent and messages from me were ignored. Both part and core charge were paid for on July 18th. Original receive date was July 25th. on July 26th is sent through eBay's messaging "Hello, When is this order expected to ship?" with no response. On July 28th I sent "Waiting on response to shipment. Is this item going to ship or will I need to request a refund?" with no response.

Works as advertised. Communications is so so before receiving item and non-existent after receiving item. I was being polite and updating the seller on my inspection of the items saying that nothing out of the ordinary came up. I also asked a simple question about the importance of cleaning up some small packing paper particles to prevent possible turbo damage after installation, basically asking them their advice and I received no reply. Oh, well...it is what it is, welcome to ebay I suppose.
