I ordered a set of 8 rods from bishop. They seemed to have good ratings. It took 6 days to get them . I opened up the box and there where only 7 rods. Very upset. Customer was pissed . I sent them a message telling them the issue. Response sorry can't count. So I asked for a overnight delivery. I would pay the fair. Nope they sent it ups ground again. Still took a week for the rod. Worst parts place I have ever ordered from. From now on I will buy elsewhere.

We made a mistake. We apologized to the customer and asked if he would like a replacement or refund. Did not respond for 2 days. Once he finally did, he DEMANDED we expedite it. We do not expedite any of our shipments we apologized again and shipped the missing rod out. Not sure how we could have done anything different. Please tell the whole story at least. Everyone raves about our fast shipping except this buyer!
