I probably should've left a neutral feedback but since all worked out in the end I will say positive. This earpiece was defective in that it wouldn't hold a charge. It was in a sealed package. Seller could not have known. I realize seller advertises "No Returns". I sent two email contacts without any response. I ended up going thru the eBay buyer protection process whereby they intervened. Ultimately buyer did refund and item was returned. Stuff happens. Thanks to eBay for buyer protection!
