This was unlike ANY Ebay sale. I received torn merchandise & sent them photos. The 'seller' responded w/interrogation & questioned me 'if the tags were still attached?' as response. It will be upsetting, check Ebay's guarantee and then continue the process of return. It's not worth it to let them pressure you into admitting fault (rude, terrible, presumptuous, etc). Research the seller's feedback spanning far back as possible & look for a pattern of negative reviews (there are, btw).

Bought 2 Natalie fragrances CLEARLY stating New in Box (intended as gifts) and I have the screenshots to prove it. Seller actually CHANGED the listing after I pointed this out and tried to lie about it. All I wanted was reasonable adjustment for unboxed version which I cannot give as gift, and got the most unbelievable lies and argument from Seller insisting all sales are unboxed. Now I see other complaints. Seller is sloppy at best and outright dishonest at worst. NEVER AGAIN - AVOID!!!!!
