The seat arrived and was well packed in its box. I guess from manufacture the leather was creased on the top from stretching the leather un evenly. I am going to try and put leather conditioner over the leather to try and prevent it tearing. There are dents in the back of the seat pan around the edges from putting the studs in around the leather securing it to the metal pan. Apart from these two things, I am happy with the seat.

Part was listed as new. However the part arrived clearly used. Shaft had a .03 grove worn into from what looked like a seized part/ bearing. They were very responsive, professional and apologetic about the issue. Just make sure the part you order is not a rebuilt crank, but in fact a brand new crank before purchasing. My 2 cents.
