The product I received should have been granular but what I received was one solid, very hard rock. I suggested the seller a partial reimbursement but they wanted pictures of the packing list which I don't have and pictures of the solid rock. Just too much hassle for a low dollar item. I explained this to them and have removed them from my buyers list. They should have mentioned the moisture contamination in their listing.
