    Not Time Release

    These capsules are NOT time release in the sense of taking an hour or more to diffuse into your body. They might be considered time release if you define that as the gelatin cap dissolving in <5 minutes and releasing all its contents at once in your stomach. The powder in the capsule has no time release qualities. I dumped the powder from a capsule in a glass of body temp water and it dissolved immediately with no residue and gave off that familiar B vitamin smell. I put the empty capsule in a glass of water and it dissolved in less than 5 minutes. The vitamin content labeled makes these a good value for the price but they ARE NOT TIME RELEASE.

    Our Favorite B-100 Complex Vitamin

    We have been taking this Brand and Product for several years now.. My wife, an RN, and I take one every day with our other individual vitamins and minerals.. This capsule has a nice high dose of all of the most essential B vitamins.. If I miss a day, I can notice later in the day having less energy.. This product keeps both of us healthy and gives us energy too.. We highly recommend it.

    GOOD PRODUCT, GOOD PRICE!!!

    The complete B-Complex is so important to get daily, and I need to source that comes in either liquid or easy to swallow capsule form to get these nutrients effortlessly. One cannot always guarantee to get all they need of these vital nutrients from food sources along. It's always a good idea to supplement.
