Bitter Gourd Good for Blood Glucose Control
I found that there were measurable results in reducing blood glucose by taking this before meals. Tastes awful but that "comes with the territory". Bitter Gourd (aka bitter cucumber) was recommended by Dr Al Sears for BG control & have found it to work.
