Since we didn’t know where the shipment was and it took longer than expected, we ended up buying another one elsewhere.     Drives are not new as they have 1500 hours on them and they are Netapp 520 byte block size drives. Also, 1 out of 4 drives had hardware issues and would not format to standard 512 byte block size.
