Keyboard has a defect, several keys are extremely sensitive and while they accept input, they are so sensitive that they often send accidental characters or multiple characters on a single key press. Seller refuses to believe me, claiming the part was tested before shipping. I'm just going to buy another from someone else. I suggest you buy from a seller who stands by their product and replaces defective units without hassle.

We tested this keyboard before shipping it out, it's working. But you told us the keyboard isn't working well which means your keyboard connector or logic board is bad. Therefore, we can't send a replacement to you because the bad part is NOT the keyboard. We requested that you use our free return shipping label to return the keyboard for a full refund, but you refused to do that. We can't constantly ship keyboards to you because you will constantly return them back.
