An excellent experience. The hat arrived in only two days. It was exactly as described. It was well packed in a zip lock bag in an Ebay box. There was even Ebay tissue paper wrapped around the bag! I didn't even know there was Ebay tissue paper. Kerry with "onlineauctiosandsale" left a sweet handwritten note saying she hoped I enjoyed the hat. A very nice touch. I would definitely do business with Kerry and "online..." again. I'm not surprised they have a perfect score in customer satisfaction.
