About this product

Product Information

In late December 2008, Ian Halperin told the world that Michael Jackson had only six months to live. His investigations into Jackson's failing health made headlines around the globe. Six months later, the King of Pop was dead. Whatever the final autopsy results reveal, it was greed that killed Michael Jackson. Friends and associates paint a tragic picture of the last years and days of his life as Jackson made desperate attempts to prepare for the planned concert series at London's 02 Arena in July 2009. These shows would have earned millions for the singer and his entourage, but he could never have completed them, not mentally, and not physically. Michael knew it and his advisors knew it. Anyone who caught even a fleeting glimpse of the frail old man hiding beneath the costumes and cosmetics would have understood that the London tour was madness. After an intense five year investigation, New York Times bestselling author Ian Halperin uncovers the real story

  • Unmasked

On the positive side, if you think MJ molested any children or you are not sure whether he did or not, this is an absolute read, because this book PROVES without a shadow of a doubt, he never molested those children. On the negative side, the story wasn't always in chronological order (time jumped around). Also there was a lot of negative claims about the last 10 years of his life, nothing positive, and not a lot of proof to back up these claims. The author really backed up the molesting allegations, but not other claims. I can't imagine there was nothing good that happened to MJ in the last 10years. Peoples' lives are filled with good and bad.

  • Great book.

I decided to buy the book when Michael Jackson passed away to see just what he had went through in his last years. The book was very informative and the pictures were good. I thought that the price of the book was good as I had researched prices in local store and on other web sites and found that e-bay had the best price.

  • Terrific Book

I love this author..He always writes great books. For a M.J. fan you will enjoy this book. I fill like money well spent.....Thank You...

  • Interesting perspective

As a fan of Michael Jackson I was curious reading this book and found the author's views, opinions and research quite interesting... a different perspective than authors I've read before on the fascinating life of MJ.

  • No evidence whats so ever

Anybody could have written this book. This book should not be read. The author uses alot of fluff material from previous books which adds to the confusion I got from reading this book. He seems to have no facts to support anything he writes. He seems like a loser who made up stuff just to get suckers like me to read it. Dont buy this book if you read over a 10th grade level.
