Better than sliced bread!
We have an old New England farm house and much of the wiring is quite old with many junction boxes overloaded. I am slowly replacing a lot of the wire and re-routing, eliminating the over-stuffed boxes particularly in the basement. Wago Nuts makes the entire job much, much easier. The basement is not full height, so anything to make the wire connection process easier is a welcomed improvement. Wago Nuts enables me to run new circuit wires, re-route some of the old wires to new junction boxes in an amazingly much shorter time without the cursing that often goes with this sort of project. I am also rewiring much of the barn and building a new mudroom/full bathroom into one section of the barn, and Wago Nuts have proven their worth time and time again in time and energy saved as I am the ... Wago connectors seem well made. They let you add and/or remove wires individually, which is a big improvement over conventional wire nuts. The connection of each individual wire is more positive than simply twisting wire together and screwing on a wire nut, especially with wires aof different sizes or types. The levers are very stiff to open at first. I was afraid I might break it if I pulled too hard, but it didn't. It opens easy after a wire is in place. The connector is somewhat bigger than a conical wire nut and might reduce how many wires you can stuff into a junction box. Wago is big on spring assisted connectors. This makes a product that is reusable and looks very professional. You must understand electrical circuits, because if you over amp a spring assisted connector and over heat it you may loose the temper of the spring. This would result in a poor connection. I find the lever nuts great for lower voltage circuits, such as automotive and sound system wiring. All in all, a great product, just remember it's limitations.
