My ring started falling apart after a couple months or so. I don’t have a very hands on hard working job so it’s not like anything struck the ring. Maybe it is just poor quality of product.

he customer, who works as a mechanic with heavy machinery, accidentally damaged the ring and deemed it of poor quality. Despite this, they still insisted on receiving a free ring and a full refund. We were happy to accommodate their request, but we also advised them against wearing the ring while working with heavy tools. It is inevitable that we will receive negative feedback, but we handled the situation with a smile. :)

Thanks for the quick refund and the trouble-free return label. Nevertheless, if you did not sell fake Rolex items, this would not have happened.
