Carb high and low screws came set far from factory original, and need to be that way to run properly. If you set as recommended on the OEM shroud or manual it won’t run. Take note of this carbs settings before changing anything. Minor dimensional difference to the throttle arm required a longer adjustment screw to set the throttle cable.
