If you’re wondering if this unit will work for a 500 sq ft uninsulated, poorly ventilated, garage look no further! This unit has NO PROBLEM cooling my garage in the middle of the Florida summer with high 90s temps and extremely high humidity. In the middle of the day turning this thing on will drop the temps inside my garage from over 100f to the low 60s in about an hour. I’ve only been using it for a few weeks but every day I ask myself why didn’t I get this sooner!!!

Evaporator 3/8 return line was too short to exit and bend thru 8 inch block wall. Had to chip a long notch in concrete to enable a 90 degree bend in line so it would be flush outside and not stick out 6 inches. Unit only fits 4 inch wall or inside mounting of lineset. Ac guy could braze a 90 on but that would get expensive....
