Seller states that they accept returns at the buyer expense, which is reasonable, however,after several attempts via email to Simba, they won’t even give me an estimate of the cost to return the jacuzzi. I contacted the shipping company who delivered it on a pallet and they told me they would only pick it up if the seller initiated the request. The label for return is only for the post office and the post office doesn’t ship freight.
