    Genuine Toyota Product

    Hitch cover is OE Toyota part and fit perfectly in hitch on my 2019 4Runner. I lost my last cover I purchased at local dealership and was worried about purchasing a knockoff; pleased this cover has same look, feel, and build quality as it’s a genuine Toyota part.

    Not ALL it’s cracked up to be. BEWARE!!

    The design is great and it is of good quality material BUT, it does not fit tightly into the receiver. It was so loose in the receiver that it almost vibrated out while I was driving down the road so, I modified it with gorilla tape to make it fit more tighter in the receiver and decided to keep it. If I had it to do over again, I would return it and find one that was made better, but the modification works so. Anyway, if you want one that does what it’s supposed to do without modification, don’t buy this one.

    Decent trailer hitch cover

    April 26, 2021 In the summer of 2019 I installed a used draw-tite 2" trailer hitch on my 2001 Toyota Rav4. Since then I had wanted to get a hitch cover. I was hoping to find one while visiting junk yards but never did, so I went onto eBay and found what I was looking for. A 2" trailer hitch cover with the Toyota logo on it. It fit in my trailer hitch without any problems. However, after just a few short drives to the grocery store, in town, I noticed that it was loose. Not sure if it came loose from natural vibrations coming from the car and/or from driving over small pot holes, or if it's the trailer hitch manufacture, or if it's the item itself? It just doesn't seem like it's as snug of a fit as I would like but I'm still happy with the item. I guess in time I'll find out if it ...

    Nice finishing touch

    Whenever I cleaned my truck, I noticed something was bugging me when I got around to the tailgate. I finally figured out what it was. It was an aesthetic thing, having that rusty dark hole centered on my rear bumper. Once I installed this plug, I really appreciated the difference. For the bucks involved – worth every penny. Shoulda come from the manufacturer with the vehicle.

    Nice OEM Hitch Cover Plug

    Nice OEM Hitch Cover Plug at the best price I could find. The only problem with these are they are easily stolen or fall out, but I think it's the prior. If it happens again, I'll buy the aftermarket one that has a loop that goes around the female connection and holds the plug in place and makes it a little harder to steal and less desired since it's not OEM. I'm on my third OEM in less than two years.
