Granted this is not inexpensive optic, but the top turret has a lot of wobble back-and-forth when it’s not locked down. Also, even though the clicks are very tactical, there is some slop in between. I contacted the seller who claimed to have contacted Presma & they stated it was within specs. So I contacted Presma myself & sent them videos. NO RESPONSE….POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This is not a Presma EX Series, it is branded an Eastvale. I sent it back, and got a full refund. So that was good and I am giving the seller 5 stars because I came out paying nothing... just my trouble fooling with it. But in my opinion, this scope is being misrepresented as a Presma EX Series, which it is not. I emailed Presma and they confirmed that the Eastvale is not rebranded by them.
