    I judged prematurely

    I initially posted a comment saying this powder measure was flimsy. Even though it is made of light plastic, I have to admit that it has alot to like. I tried measuring quite a few loads of powder from it and was impressed at how precisely and consistently it measures successive loads and didn't jam or cut any powder kernels. The user still has to go easy with it and not bang it around. But the measure does what it is supposed to do pretty well. So, I'll keep it and use it on a regular basis.

    Thers a reason the pictures are tiny.

    Ever aspect of this powder dispenser suggests the cheapest materials and construction possible. It's like if they sold reloading equipment at the dollar store. You'd do better to find and old RCBS, than buy a new one of these.

    Decent deal

    I was surprised to find a powder measure like this for the price. When I got it I noticed it was quite a bit smaller than I thought it would be. The lid doesn't secure, it just sits on there. The bracket is kind of flimsy. I also noticed that it seems to be made with cheap plastic and leaves a lot to be desired. With that said I have been pretty impressed with the accuracy of the charges and something like this really doesn't get abused so I'm sure it will last long enough for the price. Would I buy it again?? I would say yes!!

    Good at repeating measures

    The scale instructions include a formula to use their micro-meter to set the weight. It is confusing and really doesn't work for me. I simply get in the ball park of weight, then use my beam scale to get it zeroed in. Once this is adjusted to the weight you desire it will consistently throw powder measures to +/- .2 grains. This is perfectly fine for general loading. If you want more precise measurements, you should us a scale for all of your measures.

    Excellent product to be added to your reloading collection

    This inexpensive device really performs beyond its expectation. It is easy to mount on a piece of wood which can be clamped onto any flat surface for immediate action. The measuring was fairly precise and does not change much over the time, as long as you are consistent with each cycle. The container is made of good materials and virtually static free to allow free flowing of any kind of powder. The flow on/off function makes changing the powder a breeze. Overall, I was very happy with this purchase. This device has saved me a lot of time and effort. It is 100% recommended.
